Archdiocese of Baltimore Tuition Raffle Rules

Prizes:
- First prize: $5000 tuition assistance credit
- Second Prize: $1500 tuition assistance credit
- Third Prize: $500 tuition assistance credit
By participating in this raffle, you agree to be bound by the following rules:
** Space permitting and students must meet all enrollment requirements.
- If fewer than 800 tickets are sold, the prizes will be reduced to one prize consisting of a tuition assistance credit equivalent to half of the monetary value of ticket sales.
- If the winner does not have child, relative, or know a child to whom the winner wishes to give the tuition assistance credit for use in one of the seven designated schools, the winner may select one of the seven schools to receive the tuition assistance credit. The tuition assistance credit shall be given to a student recipient selected by the Archdiocese of Baltimore. The winner may determine whether the tuition assistance credit is given in the winnerÕs name or anonymously. If the winner does not select an eligible child or, alternatively, an eligible school to receive the tuition assistance credit by September 30, 2010, the winner shall forfeit the prize.
- The tuition assistance credit awarded through this raffle is good only for the 2010/2011 school year. The parents/guardian of the students awarded the tuition assistance may apply for tuition assistance in subsequent school years but depending upon financial need and funds available may not receive tuition assistance in subsequent years.
- Prize winners will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred from a prize.
- By participating in this raffle, each participant releases the Archdiocese of Baltimore, and any related entities, employees, agents, or officers from any liability, losses or damages of any kind incurred or caused by participating in the raffle or accepting any prize.
- The purchase price of a single ticket is $10 and the winning ticket shall be drawn on September 30, 2010.
By accepting a prize, winners grant the Archdiocese permission to use their names, likenesses, and prize amounts for promotional purposes.
