| Purpose: The Executive Director of Catholic Education Ministries has delegated authority from the Archbishop to manage and direct the teaching and worship mission of the Church as it is expressed in the programs and services of the Department of Catholic Education Ministries to the parishes, schools and institutions of the Archdiocese of Baltimore. |
