 | Strategic Directions The Pastoral Associates Association is composed of professional lay ecclesial ministers who are committed to the mission of the Roman Catholic Church in the Archdiocese of Baltimore and who serve in a broad range of responsibilities. As an association we: - Promote the profession/ministry of Pastoral Associates among our members and among the clergy, lay ecclesial ministers, and leadership of the archdiocese
- Encourage and assist in the professional development and ongoing formation of Pastoral Associates through assistance, support, prayer, faith sharing, and the exchange of ideas
- Promote the work and advocacy of NALM, the National Association for Lay Minstry, through affiliated membership In collaboration with others, we are co-workers in the vineyard of the Lord, building up the Body of Christ in our midst.
