Parents will need to bring:
| | - Birth Certificate (PreK-3's must be 3 by September 1, 2010; PreK-4's must be 4 by September 1, 2010 and Kindergarten Students must be 5 by September 1, 2010
- Shot Record (Medical information)
- Copy of the child's last Report Card (Grades 1 - 5)
- Child's social security number
- Registration Fee--$175 before June 11, 2010/$250 after June 11th
- Proof-of-Income if applying for Tuition Assistance

ALL FIRST YEAR STUDENTS ARE ACCEPTED ON A PROBATIONARY BASIS.
REGISTRATION AND RE-REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
